The involvement of stakeholders to develop and implement tools for sustainable households in the city of tomorrow

The cities will not be contractors or subcontractors, but will take part in the project in non-cost basis. On the one hand, they will not receive any contribution from the fifth framework programme. On the other hand there will be no expense to be covered by the cities
